Iman Farrar - Founder & Worldwide CEO
Iman has always believed in the power of young people, women and advocacy. She was elected Youth Premier of the NSW Youth Parliament program in 2015, and served as the Youth Minister for Women, where her bill on Domestic Violence, specifically, the Domestic Violence Disclosure Scheme, was incorporated into the NSW Government platform. Furthermore, she represented NSW at the 2015 National Schools Constitutional Convention, discussing the possibility of a constitutionally enshrined Bill of Rights. Iman has also taken a keen interest in global politics and followed up on her passion for humanitarian issues, volunteering for UN Youth and undertaking a placement under UNRWA in the Al-Baqa’a refugee camp in Jordan. She hopes to continue serving the local and international community through the founding of KindNecessities – bettering and empowering the lives of women and the youth globally.
